The Gianfranco Ferré brand, founded by the Italian “architect of fashion” Gianfranco Ferré, is renowned for merging haute couture elegance with architectural sophistication. In collaboration with MIRA Developments, this project brings that legacy into residential living with luxurious styling, high-end finishes, and Italian craftsmanship. Gianfranco Ferré Residences is set on Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah and features a striking U‑shaped seven-storey building offering a mix of residences: 36 studios, 91 one-bedroom, and 33 two-bedroom apartments. Interiors are fully fitted with premium materials like Canaletto walnut, beige and white palettes, branded furnishings, and marble or luxury finishes.
