Marina Sunset Bay, Abu Dhabi is the newest addition to the portfolio of luxury projects developed by NIC and managed by National Marina Real Estate Development LLC (NMRED Co.) Located at a prominent site on the breakwater, Marina Sunset Bay, Abu Dhabi is part of the development of the Marina area and occupy pride of place in this massive architectural edifice. In close proximity is the Marina Mall and Marina Office Park from the south, the proposed Fairmont Hotel from the east, Marina Royal Compound from the west (separated) by a bay and the sea from the north.
